From the Provincial Minister

My dear sisters and brothers in Christ,

As we settle into 2026, we are in times marked by transition, with a new American pope marking the first year of his pontificate, a triennial Provincial Chapter coming up in June and a number of changes at many of our ministries as we continue to evolve in new ways such as the elevated hospitality of Refettorio Detroit at the Capuchin Soup Kitchen.

As things change and evolve, as Capuchins there are many things that remain fixed, including our preaching of the Gospel, our commitment to the marginalized, our lives of community and prayer, and the steadfast support of our many benefactors. Thank you for your continued prayer and support.
