Groundbreaking insights into Blessed Solanus Casey
Fr. Edward Foley, Capuchin recently published his research into the early years of Blessed Solanus Casey’s ministry, showing that he performed hundreds of baptisms in New York. This sheds new light on the early ministry of this beloved American blessed. The journal article, titled “Solanus the Baptizer,” was published in the winter edition of American Catholic Studies.
Preacher of Masses for Pope Leo XIV to visit Solanus Casey Center

New assignments at Wisconsin Capuchin ministry sites
St. Lawrence Seminary has a new rector and Capuchin Community Services has a new Ministry Director. Br. Bill Hugo, OFM Cap. will take the reins as rector of St. Lawrence as Br. Zoy Garibay, OFM Cap. becomes Ministry Director at CCS. Br. Henryk Cisowski, OFM Cap., will stay on at CCS as Pastoral Director.
